|Recommended: YesChurch Hill Manor — People think they own parking spaces but most are friendly. Maint. is slow to moderate don't always fix everything but quick to put in complete status so you find yourself repeating items to be fixed. Office staff is caring.

|Recommended: YesNice Property Spacious. Maintenance Is Timely. No Place For Children To Play, No Sidewalks Which Forces Children To Play In The Streets. Property Has Rodents That Are Difficult To Alleviate. Trash Areas Could Use Gating Sore Eye. — The town homes are nice, spacious and back yards have a beautiful scenery.

|Recommended: YesFamily Community, Grounds Could Be Maintained Better By Cleaning Staff. — I love my home, the layout and especially the spacious kitchen. I've liver here for almost 3 years and have never had any major issues. The neighbors are friendly and we respect each others space and make great effort to keep our homes maintained on the outside, the back decks are filled with flowers and love as well as the front by the residents. It would be nice if the grounds were flowered by the community. I love the trees on the property, flowers and bushes would make it pop and become more attractive. Older neighbors said it use to be that way. Over all it is a great place to live. Most residents have strayed more than 5 years, plus there are also home owners on the property so it shows extra stability and pride within in the community with there colorful doors and additions.
